Will my product ship safely?

Yes. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. I use a variety of packaging material, sturdy mailers, packing paper, etc. (depending on the product) to ensure safe delivery. If you should happen to encounter issues with your shipment, please contact me immediately.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders ship from Hollister, California, USA. There is a 3-5 business day lead time for each order. Orders shipping via USPS Priority arrive in 2-3 business days from posting and USPS First Class arrive in 3-5 business days from posting.

What is your refund and return policy?
