Change is Near
“Change is Near” – feelings of anticipation, a knowing in your heart, that one season is nearing its end and we can look forward to the start of something new.
This painting was created as part of the Late Summer Sun Collection, celebrating the slow change from Summer to Fall, when time spent outdoors is savored. The days after the hustle and bustle of summer vacations have ended and we can slow down and feel into the season as we prepare to say hello to the next. We can take inventory of our adventures, watch the warm glow of sunset, and know we are in a slow beautiful transition.
This collection combines both landscapes and abstracts painted mostly in those afternoon hours of late summer, capturing the warmth and glow to carry us through.
